Kings Island Trip

PHHS Marching Arabians and 8th grade Band Students are invited to come to an optional trip to Kings Island. On Saturday August 1st, busses will leave at 8am, and return later that evening at 11:45pm at the High School. Students are asked to be dropped off no later than 7:45am. Family members are also welcome to join as long as there is room on the busses. The cost to go will be $42 which this includes both the cost of transportatoin and tickets. There is also an Optional Drink Cup available for $10 a piece. This cup allows for unlimited drinks for the entire duration of the stay at Kings Island. Permission slips can be found below and are due along with money by July 29th.

Band Camp 2015

Starting Monday, the 2015 Marching Arabians will be jumping in with what we lovingly call Band Camp. Band camp this year will incorporate rehearsals, and a parent preview on Thursday. The parent preview will have a pitch-in diner and a performance from the Marching Arabians. The rehearsals are the most important rehearsals of the entire season. It is very important that all students be at all of these rehearsals. It is during this time that the Marching Band will be learning the majority of the 2015 program. Rehersals are long, and the students will be outside for the vast majority of the time. We ask that students be fully prepared for these rehearsals, and to help with that we have a flyer with all the information needed. Crew Carwash Fundraiser

The band boosters have given us the task to sell 1500 Crew Carwash Vouchers in 30 days. Each voucher is $8 and is good for a Basic Car Wash, with 2 amazing perks. They NEVER expire, and are good at ALL Cre Carwash locations! Each voucher sold also adds $1 to your students account. Sell to friends, family, coworkers, basically everyone you know! Marching Band Show Shirt Orders

Order forms for Marching Band Show Shirts were handed out on the last day of June Camp. Orders along with money will be due by July 23rd. These order forms are for extra shirts, and for hoodie orders. Students who are participating in Marching Band will recieve one show shirt for free, and do not need to use this form for that shirt. The front of the shirts will feature a design showcasing our show theme, Scissors, Paper, Rock, and the back of our shirts will list our performance schedule. Click below if you need an order form

New Health Forms

Ushering into the age of technology, we are going digital with our health forms. All students planning to do Marching Band for the 2015 season, need to havea health form on file. To expidite this process, we have moved to an all electronic version of the form. Please click the button provided to be taken to the form. Marching Band 2015 Info Released

Information for the 2015 Pendleton Heights Marching Band has been released. Below you will find the entire season calendar, the fees along with a payment plan breakdown, and most importantly the commitment form. The Marching Arabians have seen much success over the years, and this coming season looks to be no different. If your student is interested in being a part of the marching band or color guard, print off a commitment form, and turn it in by April 1st. Please be aware that there is a non-refundable $50 deposit due with the form.

Thanksgiving Day Parade Trip 2015

Next Thanksgiving, the Marching Arabians plan to take a trip to Philadelphia and New York City from November 24th - 29th. The Marching Arabians will participate in the ABC Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia, and then tour many of the sites of New York City. Families are welcome to accompany us on this trip. Information can be found in the links below including an itinerary for the trip, a payment plan, and information on how to sign up for the trip. We encourage students who are interested to go to sign up now, so that the expense of the trip does not become a burden once the trip date approaches.
