NEW WEBSITE

The 2017 - 2018 School year has begun, and with it comes lots of new things, INCLUDING A NEWLY UPDATED WEBSITE! You will find the website got a new look over the summer, and with that comes some changes on how to navigate the site. So here is a quick breakdown...

Up on the top of the page you will find the new navigation bar. Home button takes you back to the home page which houses our new About section, the groups pages, the calendar, and finally the contact section. To make the trip shorter, you can also click on the respective buttons found at the top of every page! Want to go to a page about a specific group like the band boosters, color guard, jazz bands, or percussion? First click on the groups button, then on which ever page you are looking for and there you go! But Justin, where do I find all of the up to date news including the relevent links, documents, and registrations I might need? Well you want to take a stroll on the News Page! There you will find all the same brief snippets of information you would find on the old home page, including links to all the different forms, and registrations throughout the year.

The goal of the new site is to bring us forward in the times of webdesign, allow Justin a quicker method for updating and also to compact where all the information can be found. As per any change it will take some time to get used to, but our hopes are that in time everyone will love the new site. Lots of time and energy goes into this website on a weekly bases, going forward this new design will allow for Justin to be able to update the site much quicker and easier. So go ahead EXPLORE you never know what you might find!

2017 - 2018 High School Band Information

The 2017 - 2018 school season has begun, and of course that means lots of materials to be handed out. Continuing with our goals to be as paper free as possible, we have created several documents here online for both students and parents to look over filled with all the information needed for the school year. There are also a couple electronic forms to be filled out as well. Below you will find the PHHS Band Handbook and the calendar for the whole year. Once you have looked at both, please fill out the Handbook Acknowledment form, to indicate that you have looked over the handbook and agree to the parameters it sets forth. If you are new to the PHHS Band Program, please also fill out the New Enrollment Form. Seniors need to take a look at the Senior Account Form, and finally ALL STUDENTS USING A SCHOOL OWNED INSTRUMENT need to fill out the School Owned Instrument Form. Make sure to take the time to look through the documents found below, and be sure to fill out the appropriate forms. Welcome Back!

We Now Take Online Payments!

A HUGE update for us here at the Pendleton Band Department is the new ability to be able to take Online Payments! If you take a look at the upper right hand corner of every page on the new website design, you will see a button for onliine payments. By clicking this button you will be taken to the Popmoney website. From there all you need to do is register with the website, and then fill out the form, being sure to put phsbandtres@gmail.com as the email address you'd like to send money to. All amounts must be under $500, so if you wish to pay more than that, just be sure to send it in two different transactions. And that's all there is to it! Now with online payments you no longer have to worry about sending in money with your students and hoping they don't forget to turn it in! Again, to take advantage of this new method of payment, just click the button on the upper right corner of ANY of the new website pages!
