We are excited for this Saturday as we have a very busy day planned.
- Students have practice starting at 1pm.
- We will have food trucks and activities beginning at 5pm (watch for the flyer to be posted on Facebook)
- Our Community Preview will begin around 7pm on the football field. This is a wonderful opportunity to invite family, friends and community members to come see a sneak peak of part of this year’s show!
- Senior Speeches will be held immediately afterward.
The Community Preview is a great opportunity to come out and volunteer – you will get a chance to meet these great kids and get to know other parents in the band family!

- All background check forms on file from last year expired at the end of July. Please click here to complete another background form. Please email your completed form to phbandvol@gmail.com
- SHOW SHIRTS – Orders for these closed on Saturday. If you placed an order, please make sure you have paid for it.
Aug. 12th – BAND BOOSTER MEETING This will be held at 6:30pm in the HS Band Room. Have questions about the program or the season’s events? Want to get involved with volunteering? Come to the Booster Meeting to learn more!
Aug. 16th – Community Preview/Senior Speeches – Food trucks will be at the high school at 5pm – we will also have games and be taking orders for show shirts and embroidered t-shirts and sweatshirts. We anticipate the Community Preview will begin at 7pm with the Senior Speeches immediately following. This will be a fun night!
Aug. 22nd – FIRST HOME FOOTBALL GAME The Marching Arabians will perform on the field before the game and during half-time and also throughout the game from the bleachers. Students will have practice at 2:50pm on the Fridays before home football games. They will break for dinner (provided) and then dress for the performance. Students are then dismissed after the game is over.
Aug. 24th – Music In The Park. The Marching Arabian instrumentalists will be performing at Falls Park on Sunday evening at 6pm. More information coming soon.
