All background check forms on file from last year expired at the end of July. Please click here to complete another background form and then email your completed form to phbandvol@gmail.com .
- SHOES/GLOVES/GARMENT BAGS Please email me at phbandmarching@gmail.com if you are still needing to order any of these items. To clarify, these garment bags will be kept at the school to hold your student’s uniform and are required.
- Duffel bags and yard signs – These are optional items. Orders and payments will be due on Aug. 30th.Click here to order.
- Aug. 22nd – FIRST HOME FOOTBALL GAME The Marching Arabians will perform on the field before the game and during half-time and also throughout the game from the bleachers. Students will have practice at 2:50pm on the Fridays before home football games. They will break for dinner (provided) and then dress for the performance. Students are then dismissed after the game is over. Students will wear show shirts, regular black shorts, black socks, marching shoes, gloves and show hair.
- We need volunteers for the football games! Please click here to see how you can help make these very visible performances a success!
- Aug. 24th – Music In The Park. The Marching Arabian instrumentalists will be performing at Falls Park on Sunday evening at 6pm. Percussion will need to arrive at 5:00 to unload. All winds warm-up at 5:15. Arrive early because of limited parking. We will need some help selling strawberry shortcake and unloading band equipment at the school after the event. - Sept. 6th – Brownsburg Invitational Our first competition of the season! More information will be coming soon.

BAND CALENDAR The best way to stay up to date on Marching Band events is to check the calendar often! The online calendar is updated regularly and can be found here.
Hairstyle information for instrumentalists (All football games and competitions – not needed for Music in the Park)
- All instrumentalists with long hair will need to put it into a low ponytail or braid
- All instumentalists with medium hair will need to pull the top portion of hair into a barrette, elastic or something similar that is low profile.
- All instumentalistis with short hair – nothing is needed.
- Each student is responsible for doing there own hair. Adults will be available for help if needed, but we cannot do everyone’s hair
- Remember—you will need close-fitting shorts, light-colored, close-fitting t-shirt/tank top and long black socks.
