This upcoming week will be BUSY with our 2nd football game and first competition of the season! Please read through the email as there is a LOT of information and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Sept. 5th – FOOTBALL GAME

- Uniform Info: Students will be wearing bibbers at the game. Please make sure students have close-fitting shorts to wear underneath them as well as long black socks, marching shoes and gloves. Students should have their show shirt and the shirt they plan to wear under their custom top with them. Custom tops are scheduled to be delivered this week – we will use them at the game if they arrive in time. Watch for updates!
Sept. 6th – BROWNSBURG INVITATIONAL

- Competition days take a lot of volunteers to make it all come together, which means we need YOU! Pleaseclick here to sign up to volunteer at one or more of the upcoming competitions. *We are needing a few parents that are also staff/faculty at SMCSC to serve as bus chaperones. If you are available, please let us know!*
- Feeding this many students and staff also requires a lot of help! Please click hereto donate towards dinner and a snack for the Marching Arabians.
- Uniform info for instrumentalists for Brownsburg:Custom tops are scheduled to be delivered this week. Students should have their show shirt and the shirt they plan to wear under their custom top with them.
- Plan A with new custom tops:
- You will need a light-colored close-fitting t-shirt/tank top, long black socks, close-fitting shorts, marching shoes, and gloves (hair supplies for long and medium hair).
- Please have your close-fitting top and shorts on BEFORE you get on the bus at PHHS, if possible (it can be under another shirt for the bus ride).
- You cannot change into your base layer t-shirt/tank top near the trailer at Brownsburg by taking your shirt off—please plan accordingly.
- Plan B if the tops do not arrive in time:
- You will need your show shirt, long black socks, close-fitting shorts, marching shoes, and gloves (hair supplies for long and medium hair).
- Please have your t-shirt and shorts on BEFORE you get on the bus at PHHS.
- Uniform parents will have replacement socks and gloves available for purchase at the trailer at performances if students forget theirs. Student MMO accounts will be charged, and payment can be made later.

SHOW SHIRTS – The show shirt order form is now closed – the order will be placed this week. I will let everyone know when the orders are available for pickup.
DUFFLE BAGS/YARD SIGNS – The order form is now closed. The order will be placed this week and I will update once the orders are received and ready for pickup.
BAND CALENDAR The best way to stay up to date on Marching Band events is to check the calendar often! The online calendar is updated regularly and can be found here.
BACKGROUND CHECK FORMS – All background check forms on file from last year expired at the end of July. Please click here to complete another background form and then email your completed form to phbandvol@gmail.com .
