What a GREAT weekend for The Marching Arabians with the first football game on Friday night and AMAZING performances from the band and Directors Jazz Orchestra at Sunday’s Music in the Park! Thank you to ALL the volunteers who helped make these nights run smoothly!

Coming Up:
- September 1st – Practice Attire. The custom tops are scheduled to be delivered this Tues 9/1! If they arrive as expected, instrumentalists will be wearing them for part of evening practice on Tues 9/1. Students should wear practice clothes that evening that will fit comfortably under the bibbers and custom tops. Marching shoes and gloves are not needed for this practice.
- September 3rd – March-A-Thon Pie Throwing at 8:15pm
- September 3rd – Beats & Treats. Want to see what the band is working on? Want to meet other members of the band family and make some connections? Come out to the last hour (7:30-8:30) of practice Thursday evenings. Bring a lawn chair and sit at the band lot or come into the stadium and grab a seat!! Join Us and witness the unbelievable work the band puts into their show and make some new friends!

In Other News:
- Uniforms: Garment bags for new marchers might not be delivered until mid-Sept. We have blank loaner bags that those students will use until the custom garment bags arrive.
- Band Calendar The best way to stay up to date on Marching Band events is to check the calendar often! The online calendar is updated regularly and can be found here
