Ticket Sales: Only mobile tickets (no paper tickets) will be sold, and a smartphone will be needed to present tickets for
entry. Visit https://www.issma.net/downloads/mbstatefinalsticketinfo26.pdf for more ticket information. If you did not
purchase tickets in advance, you will need to get your tickets at the main Lucas Oil Stadium ticket window located at the
Southeast corner of the stadium close to Capitol Avenue (the North ticket office will not be open). Entry into the stadium
will be through the North and West entrances only. Admission will be $30.00 for adults and $25.00 for students and pre-
schoolers. Children under three years of age, carried in arms and not occupying a seat, will be admitted free. Spectators
who leave the stadium must receive a hand stamp if they plan to return to the stadium later in the day. Hand Stamps will
be available from LOS personnel at the North and West entrances. (Official ISSMA-issued Passes do not require a hand
stamp for re-entry.)
Clear Bag Policy: The NFL Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for all patrons. Please read the information at
https://www.lucasoilstadium.com/attending-an-event/clear-bag-policy/ BEFORE leaving home for Lucas Oil Stadium.
Stadium Seating: Gates will open at 9:00 am. Scholastic Champion Exhibition performances will begin at 9:25 am. There
are no reserved seats for this event. Spectators entering from the West Concourse must enter through the center doors
of the West Club and exit through the side doors via the aisle between Sections 142 & 143 or the aisle between Sections
137 & 138. DO NOT BLOCK LARGE SECTIONS OF SEATS for your school. Coats, and other personal items, left in seats for an
extended period WILL BE CONFISCATED BY SECURITY. It is extremely important to plan and arrive early. ACCESS TO
SEATING AREAS WILL BE CLOSED DURING THE AWARDS CEREMONY. If you leave your seat during this time, you will
NOT be re-admitted until after the awards for that class.
ADA Accessibility: All entrances are ADA accessible. The northeast and southwest corners of the facility offer drop-off
and pickup areas. Reserved parking for spectators with disabilities is located in the lot south of the facility via Gate #6 off
Capitol Avenue prior to 7:45 am or after 10:00 am. This is not a General Admission gate. ADA accessible seating is
available from the Street Level behind Sections 146, 143, 142, 138, 137 and 135.
Road Closures and Monumental Marathon: Due to the “Monumental Marathon”, most streets in the downtown
area east and north of Lucas Oil Stadium will be closed until late afternoon. Also, Missouri Street on the west side of the
stadium and McCarty Street on the south side of the stadium will be closed to traffic from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. because
the course uses these streets during this time. Those arriving early in the day during this time period should plan on
finding parking at an off-site lot and walking to the stadium. Please allow plenty of time for downtown driving and
parking. No matter the direction you are coming to the stadium throughout the day, please use the highway system
around Indianapolis and enter the area from I-70 (South of Stadium).
Parking: Public parking is available throughout the downtown area – Many lots are within walking distance to the
stadium. There is also a parking garage available off West Street and south of South Street. The IFA Parking Lot is available
(first come, first serve) near LOS Stadium; however, from 7:45am-9:30am, you will need to be careful not to interrupt
runner traffic when crossing Missouri street to the stadium. You must use I-70 and West Street from the south side of the

Concessions: Please be aware that stadium concession sales are CASHLESS and require a credit or debit card. (A cash-to-
card kiosk is available inside the stadium.) No food or drink may be carried into the stadium.
Video & Photography: Due to copyright laws, absolutely no video recording of performances is permitted
without prior documentation of synchronization rights having been presented to ISSMA, Inc. Photography at any ISSMA
event may be used solely for local media and personal usage. Any sales or distribution of photos or videos from an ISSMA
event distributed in a means other than from ISSMA official vendors is strictly prohibited. Admittance to the field is
restricted to ISSMA credentialed photographers and event personnel. Live streaming is available at tv.issma.net.
