2026 March‑A‑Thon: Support the Marching Arabians!

The Pendleton Heights Marching Arabians are kicking off one of our biggest and most important annual fundraisers — the 2026 March‑A‑Thon! This event fuels the program, keeps fees affordable for families, and helps provide the high‑quality educational and performance experiences our students are known for.

On Saturday, August 22, students will participate in a 7‑hour rehearsal day, ending with a free community performance at 7:45 PM at the PHHS football field. The performance is open to the public, and we invite the entire community to come cheer on the Marching Arabians as they debut the 2026 show.

How the March‑A‑Thon Works

Students and families reach out to friends, relatives, neighbors, and local businesses to gather sponsorships. Donations of any amount are appreciated, and all funds directly support the marching band’s operating costs — including transportation, equipment, props, instructional staff, and feeding more than 100 students during long rehearsal days.

To be included on the 2026 show t‑shirt, donations must be submitted by Thursday, July 16, 2026. Donations received after that date are still welcome — they simply won’t appear on the shirt.

Sponsor information can be submitted online at phhsband.com/marchathon or turned in using the paper form.

Sponsorship Levels

All donations are tax‑deductible. Businesses and individuals may sponsor at any level and receive the same benefits.

Friend – $300 — Social media highlight, name on show shirt, listing on band website
Patron – $500 — All Friend benefits + name on band trailer + listing in concert programs
Section Leader – $1,000 — All above + logo on show shirt + framed appreciation photo
Drum Major – $2,500 — All above + halftime announcement, opportunity to conduct the band, logo on trailer, 2 free concert tickets
Director – $5,000 — All above + opportunity to have the band perform at a company event (director approval required)

Student Incentives

Students can earn exciting rewards throughout the fundraising period, including:

Early Bird Top Earner Rewards (e.g., be a Marching Tech, Drum Major for a rehearsal, or go on the tower)
Group Incentives such as choosing a new stand tune or enjoying a white‑tablecloth meal before a football game
Individual Incentives where students earn 35–50% of their total toward their MMO account
Pies in the Face — earn tickets to pie directors by raising $500+ by August 3

These incentives help keep students motivated and make the fundraiser fun and engaging.

May 16 — First Early Bird top‑earner cutoff
May 29 & July 16 — Additional Early Bird cutoff dates
July 16 — Deadline for sponsors to appear on the show t‑shirt
August 3 — Deadline for Pie‑in‑the‑Face tickets
August 14 — Deadline for individual incentive totals
August 22 — March‑A‑Thon rehearsal + free community performance
